Swimming with Manatees in Florida | Homosassa River & Crystal River Tours | Our Full Experience

In today’s episode, we had the most amazing opportunity to swim with Florida Manatees. We got you covered if you are looking for a real Florida adventure. Swimming with Manatees in Florida was one of the best experiences! We head to Homosassa River in Citrus County Florida, which is the only place you can safely and sustainably swim with Manatees in North America.

I’m Dani and welcome to my YouTube channel. Created for fun to get me out of the house, go on adventures, and discover new things. My content will mostly be about exploring popular destinations, and my personal experiences, but also trying to bring you information on the places we visit for you to use. I love to explore and I love being able to bring you with me. We might go to Disney and other theme parks, a resort, a tourist spot, a historic site, or a roadside attraction. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and have spent 6 years living in Las Vegas, where I started my channel. In 2019, we moved to Orlando where there are tons of fun things to do! I also try to keep things positive and friendly for all ages. Come adventure with me. Thanks for watching!

  1. That looked so cool!! I'll have to get off my behind and go up there and check that out…Looked real pretty in that entire area as well.

  2. This is so awesome. I'm so happy the two of you were able to do it together. Thanks for adding something else to my to do list.

  3. I loved watching your video. It made me smile and laugh. Your video made me feel that I was right there with you. Beautifully done.

  4. My Aunt lives just down a ways in Hermosa Beach. Manatees are such gentle creatures. Sadly red tide and other things taking away the sea grasses they eat.

  5. Happy Birthday Dani! (January 29th)

  10. You and Eddie go with your bad selves swimming with the Manatees and I will say that really must have been quite the experience for both of you and you both really got some of the most amazing video of the Manatees and who would have thought you could actually swim with them and not have to worry about them hurting you and Iโ€™m sure thatโ€™s an experience you both will remember for the rest of your lives also your tour guide seemed quite knowledgeable about the Manatees but at the same time quite nice now I will have to say after spending time with such beautiful creatures you made the right choice in getting some great food like you showed to end such a fantastic day now with that being said peace โ˜ฎ๏ธ love โค๏ธ and happiness to you Dani and Eddie and Iโ€™ll see you on the next vlog adventure wherever it takes you also please be safe out there

  12. That was a very cool vlog. Love you guys do these type of videos, enjoy seeing them and not just theme parks. You and Eddie rock.

  13. Wow that was awesome! When I was a kid here in Southwest Florida BEFORE we even knew about โ€œrulesโ€ we swam with โ€œsea cowsโ€ (we never called them manatees). They were so friendly and yes we would pet them like a puppy (donโ€™t do this people would go nuts today)! However we are much more educated today so no touching! Anyway thank you for sharing this adventure! ๐Ÿค™

  14. I've been to the wild life park numerous times over the years visiting my parents who don't live too far away. Their 50th wedding anniversary was near the pier where you took off from by Monkey Island called The Riverside. Hoping to be down there again soon and your video is making me want to go now. Thanks for sharing. Btw, go by the three sisters on the Crystal River. You can observe A LOT of manatees usually this time of year.

  15. Wow! That manatee really just wanted to play! It's amazing they are so willing to interact with people. I have been wanting to see this ever since I heard about it. Would love to go there.

  16. Sidenote = one of the best you've ever done. I don't know if any of the vloggers I follow have game that improves at the rate that yours does. Wonderful pacing, wonderful shots, wonderful chemistry between all of you guys. Some truly magical stuff here with Mother Nature. Dig it.
