Its my first time i want to learn hw to swim
Very nice info shared but I would want you to make a video on use of swim towers during training
Is possible for a beginner to try it in an open water
I'm honestly a bit frustrated that this video doesn't explain how I will figure out when I've reached the side of the swimming pool as I can't see it. I'm afraid that if I continue I will bump my head so either I end up stopping a few meters before I've reached the side or swimming/floating a few meters with my arm stretched out, obviously making it all much less effective
It took me tons of laps, and I used to fell like I was drowning. But when I finally got down body/hip rotation everything changed. I love back now. It has also made my workouts so much more fun now that I can do FRIM. Now I've got to try the cup.
Good video but I was hoping for a more technical view – Step 1: float on your back step 2, etc… I have trouble with the back stroke and really want to learn it.
Cool. 👍
Some find backstroke more difficult.
I'm also improving. Thanks for sharing.
👍👍👍
Do you have any tips on how to swim in a straight line while doing backstroke?
Any tips for someone who ends up swimming on a 45 deg angle and hits the lane ropes 😅
Great video as usual. Hey Fares, who's your swim partner in this video?
It took me so long to figure out how to swim straight in backstroke!
Excelente vídeo cómo siempre.
Ahora a ponerlo en práctica muchas veces.
Saludos y muchos éxitos.
I'm doing the half full glass tomorrow morning ! Loved it
I haven’t swum for 3 months due to COVID Lockdown (Sydney, Australia). One day our pools will open again. Haven’t swum in the ocean either 😢 (too cold). Just being doing ocean surf ski paddling and surfing. I miss back stroke, I miss the guys/gals I swim with. I need to improve my back stroke. I miss swimming in the pool.
